A 65Y/F patient having right knee flexion deformity of 40 degrees with osteoarthritis was operated with Total knee replacement after surgery patient has normal limbs alignment with no deformity and complete range of movement & patient now walking comfortably with out any support.
A 80Y/M patient from Dhamtari having valgus deformity of more than 30 degree with Osteroarthrisis operated with Total knee replacement , after surgery patient got normal limb alignment with no deformity and complete range of improvement.
A 70Y/M having sever osteoarthritis both knee patient was unable to even stand without help of 2 persons. Patient has been operated bilateral Knee replacement on single day and now patient moving freely with out any support more active life.

Dr. Deepak verma has operated case of Pt XYZ 23Y/M was wounded in a road mishap with serious injuries on his chest ribs were seriously injured. In this case pedicle and screws applies in D3 & D5 vertebra rod is placed among screws with the help to rod & screw alignment stability to spin given and at the same time decompression is also done. Patient becomes painless and able to walk next day after surgery with no neurological damage.
